Mrs. Olga Spirandi is an experienced Georgian civil servant and diplomat with a strong background in Euro-Atlantic integration, international security, conflict resolution, and strategic policy development. She has built a reputation as a committed professional with over 17 years of service in various key roles focused on Georgia’s NATO membership, reconciliation policy, and cooperation with international organizations. From 2017 to 2025, she served as the Head of the Euro-Atlantic Integration Coordination Division at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, where she led interagency coordination on Georgia’s NATO integration, supervised the drafting and implementation of Georgia’s Annual National Programme, and managed high and working-level engagements within the NATO-Georgia Commission. Previously, she held senior and middle-level positions at the Office of the State Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration and the Office of the State Minister for Reconciliation and Civic Equality. Mrs. Spirandi has played an important role in advancing NATO-Georgia relations and shaping Georgia’s conflict resolution and reconciliation policies. She holds an MA in humanities from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and has completed advanced programmes in diplomacy, peace, and security at institutions including the George C. Marshall Center, NATO School Oberammergau, UK Defence Academy, Geneva Center for Security Policy, Peace Research Institute Oslo, and the Estonian School of Diplomacy. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Greek.
