Tamta Pantsulaia

Tamta Pantsulaia is a 2025 OSCE Peace and Security Programme scholar and master’s graduate from Vilnius University’s Institute of International Relations and Political Science, specialising in Eastern European and Russian affairs. Her research also covers security issues, conflict resolution and peacebuilding, EU’s Enlargement and the Eastern Partnership Policy, with a particular interest in the South Caucasus region. Originally from Georgia, she examines the region’s geopolitical dynamics and its evolving relationship with both the European Union and its neighbouring powers. Tamta is experienced in analytical writing and has published articles in various publications. She currently serves as a deputy lead editor at Polis Analysis
