EU Awareness Centre at the COST PEACE 2026 Summer School

Our Research Fellow, Tamta Pantsulaia, was recently selected to participate and represent the EU Awareness Centre in the COST PEACE 2026 Summer School at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra, Portugal. The summer school was led and managed under the umbrella of the COST Action “Peace Research Community Europe”.

The programme brought together Young Researchers and Innovators (YRIs) from across Europe to engage with leading scholars and practitioners on some of the most pressing challenges in contemporary peace research. Over five days, participants explored topics including climate and peace, feminist peace, local peace, peace and emerging technologies, and Europe’s evolving peace and security architecture.

The experience also provided a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives with fellow researchers from diverse academic and professional backgrounds.”
